Cancellation and Refund

1. Introduction

At KOLAMART Private Limited, we strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, go to "My Orders" in your account or contact our customer support team.

  • After Dispatch: Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refuse delivery if you no longer wish to receive the order.

3. Refund Policy

  • If you cancel an order before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • Perishable items such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat are non-refundable unless they are damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method, while COD orders will be refunded via store credit or bank transfer.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Exceptions
